Gabe Menezes says: "Inciting people/others to kill, cause pandemonium,
fostering communal tensions..is not free speech."
I do not know if anyone on this list has incited any person to kill. However,
when it comes to an accusation about causing pandemonimu or fostering communal
tensions, then one is making a subjective judgement. Who is to decide on the
merit of it?
