One Chaitanya posted on this list a response to an article that was also posted 
on this list earlier. The article was a strong comment on the exhibition 
organised by the Hindu Janjagruti Samiti, and the response was by the Samiti.
 
To this, Fredrick Noronha writes: "How nice. You'll use Goanet to beat Goanet! 
Such pressures on free expression of opinion in the media need to be taken up 
seriously."
 
I am not able to comprehend exactly what Fred is saying. Surely the Samiti has 
a right to respond to what it considers to be a flase representation of what 
they are doing. So where is the question of using Goanet to beat Goanet. If the 
article had not been posted on Goanet in the first place, then there would have 
been no need to post the Samiti's response. I think the members on this list 
are intelligent enough to see anyone using Goanet for propaganda purpose. And I 
would have thought free expression does mean that the voice of the accused be 
also heard.
