Dears, One would have thought that molestation of a girl student in Bicholim by the father of another student was bad enough. Now there is a report of a Tuition teacher, a spinster aged about 40 years, fondling a boy of 9 years who came for tuitions at her home at in Benaulim. The boy's father is reported to have returned from the Gulf on hearing of this dastardly act. The boy, who reportedly complained of leeding and pain, has been sent to GMC for medical examination and treatment. Section 8 (2) of the Goa Children's Act deals with aggravated sexual assualt amounting to rape. If true, the tuition teacher should be advised to do it with someone her age! Perhaps, one should play the Pink Floyd song in all schools and coaching classes: HEY, TEACHER! LEAVE THOSE KIDS ALONE!!
