I'm not defending bigotry, but would like to extend the debate by playing devil's advocate. How is the following different from those "brahmin only" or "chardo only" advertisements. Would you treat an ad making a preference for a Catholic/Hindu/Saraswat as being communal or legit? What if I prefer a partner who is, say, not illiterate but fairly well educated? Isn't it just a question of degree and how blatant one chooses to be? FN
