Dears,
If you are below 40 years of age, a student or have school and college
going children, this is for you.
The YOUTH FOR GOA [YGF] is a Civil Society Organisation [CSO] made up
of Students and Youth of Goa. The YFG has a very broad-based
leadership with a lady at the helm, Malisa Simoes as Convenor. Fellow
GBA Core Group member Aaron Pereira is an integral part of the YFG and
has been making presentations to college students on ODP, obviously
inspired by the fiery Architect Ritu Prasad and former CCP Councillor,
Patricia Pinto of the GBA.
Nigel Britto, a master of the Orkut SNS and budding writer, Megha
Gulati, Durgadas Kamat, Gina Almeida, Geta Joshi and Clifton Campos
provide the core of the YFG. It is bound to grow.
The YFG is organising a rally from KTC bus stand, Panaji on 30
November at 3.00 P.M. Thank God , it is Friday! The YFG is bound to
succeed. [Three alphabet acronyms of names spell SUCCESS. See details
in GT on the same day 30 Nov.]. Student power, when properly directed,
has to succeed.
