You have a plot of land. You decide to put it to some
good use. You decide to setup a factory on the land so
that you and your family have a new business and your
next generations can grow it. You trust a
contractor/developer to build the factory for you.
Things don't go well and the developer sells a large
part of the land to his cronies and turns the whole
project into a fraud.
So what are your options?
Drop the idea of building the factory and create a
garden instead.
OR
Stop the project but don't scrap it. Take the
contractor to court and replace him with someone more
trustworthy who can complete the project.
Any more suggestions are welcome.
This might help us decide whether the current
agitation against the IT habitat is going in the right
direction.
