India claims it has already paid for a fleet of state-of-the-art MiG29Ks
that (like the Sea Harriers) are to be based at Dabolim for training
purposes. The aircraft are to operate from the carrier Gorschkov renamed
Vikramaditya whose refit is now mired in a humungous commercial controversy
between India and Russia. It may be the world's biggest hijack of a full
