   Ever so well said.  Also, it strikes me as rather stupid for the original 
author to have a subject title like "Chardi Behaviour nothing to do with 
caste." By definition, Chardi represents caste, irrespective of whether good or 
bad deeds are then illustrated.

And no, the higher class people at the ‘Ladin’ did not come from a distant, 80%
came from within the same radius as us and the remaining within 1.5 km

  People irrespective of their caste, need to grow up.e.g. guirimboy, may need 
to grow up into a guirimman.
