Philip Thomas raised apt query through his posting (Message 5, dated 9/1/08) under title - Centre awaits Goa response on SEZs - saying - It should be interesting to see what Goa government has to say about SEZs. Will it abjectly "confess" to mucking things up royally? Or will it hurl accusations against the bidders for misprepresentation etc? Or will it be a diplomatic mix of both? How will it word a "No SEZ policy, we are Goans", exactly? I for one am all ears or whatever.
