I salute your honesty, Vivian! You've correctly identified the
problem: the labourers are here because they are needed; they defecate
in the open because they are not provided with toilet facilities by
their employers. So who's to blame -- the labourers or the employers
who exploit them?
Rajan wants to shoot the victims (the labourers) on Goa border! If
that's not arrogance, I don't know what is.
