No. You should be ashamed of yourself for diluting the
force of my policy recommendations, thus making me
look kinder & gentler. My earlier proposal included only
the Indian brutes driving their cars into Goa during the
peak season. The proposal looks even more attractive
now that Tata has announced a cheapo car.
Migrants crossing the border on foot can simply be
shooed away. This will result in savings on ammunition
and hence not place any unnecessary burden on the state's
exchequer.
