The hill overlooking the Kadamba road is already taken. 200 crores or something to that effect. Its gone to a person from Delhi. From what I heard, Babush helped some Secratary buy a place in Moula on top of ther hill. The price was ridiculous something like 10 lakhs for 3,000 sq metres. Nature is playing a role, no water, the Rs. 3 lakh will be buriedf.
Hi all from Pokhara. venantius Rajan P. Parrikar wrote: The entire loop constituting the villages of Curca, Batim and Talaulim is so serene and pristine (still, unbelievable that it may sound) that every time I drive through them I feel pangs of unease at the thought of Dilliwallahs, Mumbaiwallahs and other trash from desh & videsh coming in and parking themselves here. And then there is always the danger of ghatis and their slums.
