Dear Josebab, The eternal nominee for the prize and the presidency was certainly a conduit for the "mainstream" lawsuit, as well as other suits he tailor-made for us. But the litigant I was referring to was the self-styled consumer advocate for instant AIDS cures and other miraculous alternative therapies, in whose opinions Kevin placed his trust. That particular lawsuit I believe has now been consigned to the mainstream of frivolousness. Cheers, Santosh
