Much as I would have liked to take credit for inventing "ghati,"
I have to concede that the term is older than I.

It would also be instructive to find out the percentage of
ghatis among those who use Goa's health facilities for free,
the percentage of ghatis vis-a-vis Goans who are employed
in Goa's Industrial Estates. And also the % of ghatis your
"friend" Digambar Kamat has nurtured for his vote bank.
It is a bloody shame, this takeover of Goa by these migrant
dregs.
