To Goanet - Today (Jan 29), the activists of Utt Goenkara led by Aires Rodrigues and Amol Navelkar went to the Goa Medical College and confronted Bhagatsingh Sonaye in the office of the Deputy Director of GMC (the Dean was out of town).
Mr Sonaye, who is allegedly involved in the shaving of the hill at Curca (see earlier post appended below) and who allegedly uses the GMC premises for his private business, wilted under the volley of questions fired at him by Aires. The Utt Goenkara stratagem may offer a hint of the way forward with citizens taking over the job our criminally delinquent govt was elected to do in the first place.
