This reminds me of an old English saying: "He knows not England who only England knows". Translation: England makes sense only in a broad geographical context. Do we need a similar attribute for Goa? How many of our "leaders" know Goa in the national and international context as necessitated by the English saying? I fear that many of them know only their village or constituency, leave alone Goa as an integrated whole. I hope Goa Su-Raj is an exception. Cheers.
