Dear Nigel, If I have asked for proof of God's existence in the past, I humbly apologise for expecting anyone to be able to provide the impossible.
The crux of the matter is the definition of the word God. This changes with time and with the revelation of information which was once considered only divine. I believe that a creative spirit dwells within me that I could refer to as 'god' but I don't expect you to worship Me !! There are countless stories of atheists reconverting to a belief system. In fact, one of Fr. As we elucidate how the system works ( I assume you believe that the earth now goes around the sun ) we push the goalposts further back into unexplored or unexplained territory still claimed by God. Your repudiation of the 'theory' of evolution reveals an immaturity of your scientific knowledge but a robustness of your faith, which is the way Christianity would like it to be. I was impressed with your blog and achievements. I would encourage you to keep up your quest for the truth.
