Yes Dr. Desai, this ball should be rolled down asap. Go for it. But remember there is no stopping Goan power brokers to buy properties, and hold them in escrow for their Dilli fiends, the Lalits, the Surekhas/ Sulekhs, suss's, including assorted IAS Vidhvhans. Also there is no stopping a ballooning in power where Goan bigwigs will be the true beneficiaries of such legislation and not the common Goan (broad term).
