in Goa is GOOD and AUTHENTIC Goan food. If it is CHEAP, so much the better:-))
I've had lousy food in fancy and expensive restaurants and fantastic food in
cheap, hole-in-the wall restaurants, so I'm always looking for such referrals
based on personal experience.
