I wonder how one can write Matric Fail after the name and how the same
person can write M.D., LL.B. (UK) against the same name. How can one get
M.D., LL.B. without clearing Matric? Is there something wrong in the
education system or otherwise?
Confusing... yet makes interesting reading!!
