RESPONSE: Perhaps he failed at the first hurdle, succeeded at the
second attempt and never looked back.
Interesting though about the L.L.B. U.K. - when first instinct was to
talk about Indian or U.S. Law, w.r.t Libel....hmmmm.
The McCanns have just wiped Express Newspapers; apology proffered on
the front pages of the Star and Express as well as £550,000 with costs
for damages - it seems it does pay to sue, what says you ?
