Dear Vincy,

I am very happy to know the happenings taking place in Raia. Off course I am
proud to be a Raikar.

Currently I am in Kuwait and had been on holidays during the month of August.
In fact I wanted to meet with Mr. Reginaldo our estemme MLA. What I like to
bring to you knowledge is that, under our previous Govt. (Mr. Sardinha) one
water tank was constructed in Damon (Up above the hill top) so that all the
villagers would get smooth flow of water which was most needed especially
during the summer for the villagers who live on the top area (i.e. next to the
carton making factory, if I recall close to the house George Coelho). I also
belive that a lot of funds must have been used to build this project but I
regret this project has been abandoned and none of our suceeding MLA's have
investegated into this matter.

I strongly the urge the concerned authorities to look into the matter and have
the project suceed.

Looking forward to see the water tank finally providing service to Raia.

Let us not have our funds wasted.

Eustace Fernades
