And we wet our pants and vote for the 'Individual's Agenda x 40 for Goa and hoping that Goa will forge ahead as one direction and not in 40 different ones?.

Does Goa's boundries all pass thro' Dayanand Narvekar's adopted constituencies and thro' nowhere else? When will our CM and his ministers think in terms of Goa and not in terms of their vote-bank domains??? floriano goasuraj ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sonia Kuncalienker" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, March 27, 2008 4:09 PM Subject: [Goanet] Goa goes slow...on speed governors & also governance > dear all - > > when Pandurang Madkaikar was the Transport minister, he was hell bent on making speed governors compulsory (of course, to satisfy a certain panaji based good friend of his who had got the agency for distribution of thse speed governors).
