CRY Chess 2008 Tournament
Friends of CRY Club (FOCC), Kuwait have announced their annual chess
tournament called CRYchess to be held on 18th April for under eighteens in age
based categories. A record number of slots, as much as 160, will be available
this year in the single day tournament thats played in the Swiss Pairing
format to be held at the Indian English Academy School, Salmiya. The tournament
has gained wide popularity among the children over the years.

CRYchess is one of three activities staged by FOCC annually. The very popular
CRYcket tournament was held in November successfully and Brain Bang is a
continuous program that enhances learning abilities for young children and has
many spectacular success stories.
The main objective of FOCC is to sensitize children here of the needs of
their less fortunate counterparts in developing countries through games and
learning.
Hurry, the last date to forward the completed registration form is 10th April
2008.
