It is a heart-warming feeling to hear such deeds by Goans in today's Goa. And we were thinking that all is lost, the moral values et al. If we can find a handful of such zealously-clean of heart people and bunch them together, we certainly can give the corrupt and the morally drained the run for their money and their life-styles and free Goa and Goans of this killing yolk.

Who says it cannot be done????????????????????????????????????????

We have laid the foundation for just that some 8 years ago. It is well cured, well settled to take on the huge load and not buckle down and crumble.

CANACONA, APRIL 3 — In a rare display of honesty, a motorcycle pilot
from Welwadda-Poinguinim found a wallet containing currency worth over
Rs 1 lakh and returned it to its rightful owner without accepting any
reward.

Anand Devu Pagi was transporting a customer to Maxem-Loliem on
Tuesday, when he noticed some currency notes in denominations of Rs
1,000 and Rs 500 by the roadside at Tamnem.

Pagi stopped and collected the notes, before noticing a wallet nearby.
He dropped the customer to Maxem-Loliem and returned to Poinguinim
market...............................
