The dotor is asking questions about who is Goan but also adding that non Goans should not respond. So it means he knows who are non Goans. Then how he is asking question. Such people have always made fun of Bahujan Samaj. The real Goan is the one who is farming, fishing and doing the hard work. All the others are just residents of Goa. This residents of Goa are starting organisations like Lok Shakti and leaving when they are not getting the election ticket. Their temples are closed to us. their children are studying and working outside Goa. as Anand bab likes to say such people are armchair sermonistas.
