I believe there was a seminar on "Emerging Identity of
Goans" in Delhi on Oct. 30, 2004. Another title says,
"Emerging Goan Identity in the context of contemporary
Social and political processes."
Did anyone attend or knows what happened at the
seminar? It would be nice to get feedback on what
actually was said and done.
