RESPONSE: I believe Indians are the World's biggest vegetarians; alas India also has the World's biggest bovine population. What is your proposition, drink soya milk and take the cows to slaughter? Burgers must be cheap in the US of A for a struggling Indian software Engineer to make that his 'bread and butter' affair. Am I missing something or are there mixed signals being thrown around by our resident Americanos, US of A is either God's paradise or it ain't, now which is it. Moreover is money, the be all and do all, about living, a contented and happy fulfilled life? I lived in a New York hotel in the mid to late 70's at Grand Central for 6 months, all expenses paid. The company was keen for me to stay in New York; the Garbage was piled up high as the sanitation workers were on strike. Had to wear Goulashes, I hated the beer. I stuck out and refused and was eventually sent to Singapore, which the family loved. Tiger and Anchor beer, now that is some nice beer. Roti jala, Moti Mahal's, Muturbak at Zam Zam's, Carrot cake, oyster omlette. Lamb Raan at Copper Chimney...I could go on and on...make your mouth water. -- DEV BOREM KORUM. Gabe Menezes.
