Hei Rajan,
My thanks to you for bringing our attention to the plight of Goa in a
sensitively illustrated and coherent way.
How futile is it to try and shut the gate after the horse has bolted.
You ask me what am I going to do about it? Well nothing. I live abroad and
dispossessed.
You ask the Goans from Goa? They are too weak to care, outnumbered maybe or
are they our get rich underclasses who inherited a paradise but who are more
accustomed living in toilets.
You ask the politicians? They are our esteemed Robber Barrons who manage the
gate while developers fill their boots.
Well, thanks all the same for reminding us of what we were and what we have
now become.
