Hi Eddie, This is obviously a reluctant and cosmetic solution. The message to the perpetrators of this public indignity seems to be: You can do your job outside of these hours.
Does the Panjim Municipality think that people who relieve themselves in public places will do so only at the times they will be making the rounds? This has to be a 24 hour 7 day a week operation.
