This is extremely poor form on part of Soter D'Souza. If there were serious
disagreements within the GBA, then surely it was better to sort them out
internally rather than impale Oscar Rebello with public humiliation like this.
Which just goes to show that a small coterie of people now have a personal
vision for Goa, which they hope to thrust onto Goa. Er guys, last I checked the
GBA was not an elected body but then again maybe some "Interim" elections have
taken place.
