Caranzalem flats shatter Rs.1 cr barrier PANAJI: Flats in upcoming projects in the Caranzalem area with an uncluttered view of the sea are going for a minimum of Rs.1 crore. The price spirals as one moves up the floors. Those with a clear view of Miramar beach are pegged at Rs.1 lakh per sq mt. Flats at Gera's Astoria and Models Mystique under construction near the Caranzalem petrol pump cost Rs.40,000-60,000 per sq m on floors that don't have a sea view.
