Since the ad carries the contact name Anthony Gonsalves, I have a feeling that the person could be husband of Cellie Gonsalves, the IGO member. Cellie is a good friend of Luizinho Faleiro and, I believe, Luizinho has lot of properties in Goa. Perhaps, the property is in one of the seafront areas in salcette.
