There have been some exchanges on this forum re. builders in Goa, and after Gabe posted the "My name is Anthony Gonsalves" article on 24 May, a huge amount of correspondence on this name (refer Goanet Digests 617 - 691 of the last fortnight itself) as well as even very recently pictures from Rajan Parrikar on this great Goan icon. I'm now receiving mail enquiring about Majorda's Anthony Gonsalves! The property advt. was only referred to us based on the presumptions above and that somebody might be misusing Mr. Gonsalves' name. Investigation reveals the Toronto realtor you mention is one of the finest in North America, and if he is promoting a project in Goa, there's no hesitation in unequivocally recommending it to prospective NRI buyers. I'm sure, with all this publicity, the property listed must have been sold almost instantly, given Goa's desirability and the proximity to the beach!:) At the Toronto Convention next month, a number of NRI initiatives are planned through the NRI office in Goa - including prospective property portfolios for NRI's planning to invest in Goa - and only the top-most reputable Goan realtors in Canada like Mr. Gonsalves are being invited to address and interact with all the NRI's arriving from all over the world for this great Convention. I hope this clarifies any confusion over this icon.
