1: What was the role played by Agente Monteiro in Goa/? 2: Who were the Goan friends and social contacts of Agente Monteiro? 3: What was his connection with Dayanand Bandodkar? 4: Is it possible that other mine-owners and business folks had contact with him? 5: was he the only "Agente" in Goa ....at the time? 6: Do democratic countries also have "Agentes" ? 7: What do they do? 8: If democratic countries have "Agentes" - why do they have them? 9: Anyone knows? jc
