I am pleased to inform you that our 6th annual "World Goa Day" event is down
for celebrations on Saturday 23 August 2008 at Springvale City Hall,
Springvale. Details below.
Apart from Goan nostalgia that night, we have booked an 8 piece live band
called "Soul Mates" led by our very own Goan, Mr. Joe Fernandes. Joe has
personally selected songs that will surely bring us out to the dance!
In addition to the live music, we have also booked a well known DJ with
latest music for our young folks and their friends.
Kindly make a note on your diary for the 23 August 2008 and come along with
your family and friends to enjoy this auspicious day in the calendar of all
Goans.
The dress code for the evening is formal.
Early bookings are encouraged as many in the recent past have been
disappointed for leaving their bookings for the last moment.
