Still more recently, Rajan Parrikar has been literally SEXING UP the Goanet after an unsuccessfull attempt to fool Goans and open an UMBRELLA organisation on the fifth floor of a starred hotel in Panaji. Manohar Parrikar is not the only one who knows how to use RED Herrings! ;-) All he is trying to do is draw attention away from his inexplicable silence in the Goa Legislative Assembly during the budget session ...when he let a number of bills and amendment bills pass without even a whimper, let alone a debate on its contents! One of them is the Goa TCP [Amendment] Act, 2008 which amends Section 16 and 16A to exclude the Government ...and its servants and agents [not my words, ,they are in the Bill and Act] .... from conforming to the REgional Plan for Goa-2021, even before it is prepared. The other is the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Act, 2008 [See Ordinance No.3 in the Official Gazette Series I No 48 of 05 March, 2008 for a unique SECOND Ordinance after an Assembly session in January, 2008, did not see the bill because Digamber saw RED for his Government's continuation and used a tempo accident as an excuse to adjourn the session in a hurry. Not surprisingly, there is no noise form the Parrikars about that, either]. Manohar Parrikar is treating the people of Goa like a bunch of ASSES [as SOME of our journos are proving themselves to be ..... perhaps, for a price].
