I just read the news that a young girl in Pune killed herself when she
couldnt find her name in the list of passed students when she visited
an internet cafe.
Here is the link:

Such a news would otherwise disturb me, but this time I am not disturbed.

It is so normal these days.

After looking at lots of such news, I am convinced that what we have as a
younger generation in India --- excepting some exceptions -- a very
weak younger generation which does not have any ability to fight against
circumstances.

It is not just about suicides, but also about murders at the drop of
a hat.

I mean working in a call center could give you money, but doesnt give
you the ability to deal with the tougher issues of life --- emotional
troubles, failures of other kind. And in a world that only celebrates
success, sugar the methods or the process, it is no surprise that
these people take the extreme step so easily. Because, their thinking does not
permit them to think otherwise.

I mean if you cant go to a mall to purchase things, or if you cant
have a boyfriend, in today's world you have no life. I think for
a person brought up in such a way, I may sound a bit harsh
here but it is better that he/she kill
himself/herself.

What a joke of a younger generation. God save India is all I can say.

Am I wrong ? I am open to education.

regards,
Samir
