To Goanet -
A large parcel of land on the Dona Paula plateau has
been fenced off for imminent construction. Nearby,
other monstrosities are taking shape.
I hear this particular project was stopped by a citizen
group (but I am not sure). Today, there appeared a
signboard outside the fence.

Just what is going on (everywhere!) in Goa? I
thought the GBA had saved Goa, if the crowing from
some monkeys here (pardon the mixed metaphor)
is to be believed. Wasn't the GBA convener up for
an award for having whipped Goa back into verdant
health? So what happened? Is this a great saffron
plot that has now infected our eyes making us see
things that aren't really there?
