*Ingredients:* 1/2 kg Mutton with bone (medium size cubes) 2 chopped onions 1 chopped tomato 4 tbsp Pomace Olive oil 2 potatoes medium size boiled, peeled & cut into quarters Juice of one lemon Salt to taste 2 cups warm water 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander leave for garnishing Grind with water & make paste of the following: 3 red Kashmiri chillies 2 fresh green chillies 1 tbsp Aniseed 6 peppercorns 2 medium size sticks of cinnamon 3 cloves 2-4 cloves of garlic 1/2" ginger 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Few sprigs of fresh coriander leaves *Directions:* Heat the Olive oil over medium heat and saute the chopped onions, tomatoes until golden brown Add the masala paste, mutton, salt and fry for about 5 minutes Add 1-2 cups of warm water and cook until the meat is tender Add the boiled potatoes, lemon juice and simmer on slow heat for 2-3minutes Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
