Kamat is a retired Principal of MES college, Vasco. I wonder if he has any experience of university functioning, research, etc. at the highest level. He being an in charge of some unknown, ministerially tainted, non academic govt agency says all. Some honorable and retired University Professor will be a better choice as a moderator for a debate concerning University issues.
