released today at the hands of Chief Minister Digambar Kamat at the
Secretariat Complex, Porvorim. Present on the occasion were Ilidio de
Noronha, Editor of the Guide; Vishal Agarwal and Abhijeet Naik, Consultant
Editors and Naguesh Sardessai, career counsellor.
