It is nice to hear that some people do admit there is a mess, and accept the
blame. There are others who always opposed to the goings and nobody listened.
It is very easy to fix it. But there are too
many “IFs” involved. IF the Laws are strictly followed and judiciously
implemented. IF the Laws enacted for vote bank purposes are struck off. IF our
Goans could be sincere and vote for statesman rather than politicians. If the
Administration and the Executive could imbibe, honesty, sincerity and
commitment. etc. etc…
There is also a saying in Portuguese, that once an egg is broken, it is broken.
So all that remains now is fix by patchwork.
