Change of attitude towards FNs settling down in Goa, took a u-turn in Goa after 
decades of hospitality and tolerance of certain seedy aspects of tourism
 
With Israeli enclaves and the Russians buying up tracts of land, something had 
to be done.
Some of the Brits living in Goa are decent folk. It is a shame that they go 
caught in the net.
Anyways, it is early days as yet.  No one has lost their holiday homes and Goa 
is part of India and not Zimbabwe.
