I thought that was the main objective of Goanet where most of the discussions are great and contrived exercises in futility. Take the topic of "Should USA attack Iraq?" or "Manohar Parrikar should be CM of Goa." Nothing could stop USA and no one could make Parrikar CM .... and it is next to impossible to get Goanet Admin to understand what some of the regular [im]posters on Goanet are trying to say about being "even handed". Give them a "Big hand" folks! The other hand necessarily becomes the "small hand" when one is thumping the chest instead of clapping. Clapping is "even handed", chest thumping is not! ;-) I will read the links sent by you and rest my case. There is the Regional Plan [RiP Goa] 2021 that needs urgent attention. You can have your say.
