Marlon, For some reason, your reply went into my spam box and I only saw it today. I will do some research on the above names this week. Since this is the thanksgiving weekend, the names above may either be a present from you or they may prove to be turkeys :-) > Deflationary pressures on fuel, housing and consumables, along with the >current stock melt down clearly suggest > to me that we may be heading towards a period of little or no inflation at > best, or deflation at worst. Deflation is possible. Hey! the US is in its the worst economic crises ever (thanks to B. Hussein Obama) and the US dollar gets stronger. For the moment. At some point, reality will sink in. As a prelude, in a role reversal, the IMF this weekend will be begging the BRIC nations for credit. Brazil, Russia, India and China has been accumulating trillions of dollars of savings for a rainy day. The IMF is now begging for access to those reserves. This is what you get when idiots remove govt controls from the 'free' markets. Mervyn3.0 BTW, Gold is hitting record prices in currencies other than US dollars. Life is good. http://www.kitco.com/gold_currency/charts.htm?GBP __________________________________________________________________ Yahoo!
