Dear goankars,

For your reading pleasure and comments.

 Dear Jane,

Your frustration comes through loud and clear and I fully support your wish
list, as well as the active role of Dr. Rodrigues.

In my humble opinion, demanding a preference quota in jobs and other privileges
for Christian minority may not work in India due to corruption and other
roadblocks. As long as there is a shortage of jobs, housing, transportation and
other necessities, corruption and other illicit practices will not allow any
quota system to work as desired.

It may be easier, but not easy, for Christians to uplift themeselves through
education and skills to such an extent that they will be looked upon as the
indispensable element of the society.

The other approach would be militancy, as the Jewish people have embarked upon,
after the holocaust. Their motto is "never again!". The Jewish Defense League
is very alert and watchful of any hate crimes committed against them, and they
use all their resources (money, legal, politicians and the news media) to hound
and punish the perpetrators. This has been very effective.

Any way, keep up the good work and my compliments to Dr. Peter.

Louis
