Now that it is over, I hope the political class sink their differences and
treat all acts of hate and violence with a heavy hand. There should be zero
tolerance towards violence. Otherwise the sacrifice made by our brave
commandos and police and those who died would have been in vain.

Mario responds:

Amen.

This is also the hour for all Indians to come together and take a pledge that
they will treat other Indians first and foremost as human beings and only then
with their other identities. We should not let this golden opportunity slip by.

Mario responds:

Marshall, most Indians already treat each other with respect, with very few
exceptions, and are recognized around the world for their tolerance.

Marshall wrote:

Finally, let us all pay a silent tribute to all those who lost their lives
in this senseless violence and pray that this never happens again.

Mario responds:

Amen to the tributes. However, praying alone is not going to help.

The Indian authorities need to get serious at the local, state and federal
levels and make the security and safety of every Indian their topmost priority,
then implement the procedures and programs that will succeed in thwarting the
jihadis, Inshallah, with the help of the millions of law abiding Muslims whose
religion is in danger of being hijacked by their most evil members.
