Dears,

Successful strategy of the Congress in roping in the support of Vishwajeet Rane
and his father saved the day ...and an MLA ... for the party. Manohar Parrikar
has once again become a textbook character like "Gauri the dreamer".BJP
government in six months after BJP candidate wins in Pale? Bah! No point crying
over spilt milk now! A BJP-led Government is a distant dream.

Here is Delhi, the Congress candidates are celebrating victory even before the
counting has begun. Inspite of Mr. V.K.Malhotra, the BJP support base is near
non-existant. The Taj raid may garner it some sympathy ...or negative ...votes.
But that is not enough to win a seat for the assembly with far more than 18,000
votes.

The Goa Su Raj Party showed some wisdom in not fielding a candidate in the
mining area, and 'Naxalite' Seby showed sense in declining to be a candidate.
"Save Goa Front" made a political statement for the 'bleeding for Goa' when
convenient South Goa strongman and the suddenly "more honest than thou"
bureaucrat who resigned to turn in to a thus far unsuccessful politician
....but gained a meagre 158 votes. these are the numbers that have been GSRP's
daily bread.

MLA and the Health Minister, Mr Vishwajit Rane, and the Speaker, Mr Pratapsing
Rane.
