The article appeared in the Times of India on 28.11.2008. Till date there has been no disclaimer from Mr Ribeiro that the said paragraph was not written by him. Mario asks: Marshall, As a voice of truth, reason and peace on Goanet, I somehow feel queasy about people being accused of one thing or another when they do not affirmately say or do something - in this case making an assumption about what Mr. Ribeiro believes or not due to an absence of a disclaimer. Does Mr. Ribeiro even know that said paragaph was inserted? How do you know for sure whether he has issued a disclaimer or not, which the TOI may not have published? Would you please contact him and let us know whether he disclaims the paragraph or not?
